The Egg credit card is quite frankly one of the best on offer in the UK credit card market at the moment, however, there are some goodies tucked away in the inner sections of their website that many people miss.

Yes, the Egg card comes with a 0 per cent balance transfer offer, yes; there is also a 0 per cent on all purchases offer. There is even a 0% balance transfer anniversary offer. If you delve further into the Egg credit card site you will find some wondrous offers which are very hard to ignore.

The Egg credit card comes packed with cash back offers on selected online retailers. There are even direct links to the online retailer where all you have to do is make your selection, purchase with your Egg credit card and then see how much cash back you have earned in your next credit card statement.

This deal is slightly different from other credit card offers. With your Egg credit card you receive instant cash back credit to your account whereas with other you generally need to build up loyalty points and then redeem these loyalty points against a purchase (see Virgin, Sony and MBNA Points)

What has really caught my eye is the 75% cash back for purchasing an airport lounge pass. Just in time for the summer holiday season I reckon this is a fantastic offer. You can book a three-hour stay in an airport lounge for as little as £4.50 a person.

Other cash back deals hard to ignore are the 5% cash back for Currys.co.uk and CD WOW and the 10% cash back at Virgin Wines and Figleaves.
